3. MOTION SYSTEM (CRITICAL PATH) → Adobe Animate subagent:

   - Document scans: Ken Burns pan/zoom on captured source pages, highlight sweeps

4. PRESENTER LAYER: presenter_clips/ exists on disk; wire into master timeline where

5. VST/captions → DeepSeek-4.1-Flash: platform titles/captions per the 9-platform
   matrix + 6 remaining (15 total), derived from brief.md publish block.
6. EARS → audiobox install (pip, CC-BY-4.0, safetensors verified on HF) + whisper
