## Premise
The pipeline from Episode 1 runs on **specific human beings making specific choices**. This episode profiles the four prime-time hosts whose choices shaped the network's content during its most consequential period — **Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, and Jesse Watters** — not as villains in a morality play, but as **actors in a documented system**. Each is presented through their own words: on-air claims paired with private texts (from Episode 3's discovery), plus their documented backgrounds, compensation, and stated views of their own role.

## Why this episode exists
Media criticism that ignores the humans invites the deflection "it's just the system." This episode removes that deflection. The system is real — and the humans run it knowingly. Carlson and Ingraham's Dominion texts prove it. Hannity's on-air reversal after private skepticism proves it. Watters' documented history of ambush-style segments proves the format is a choice, not a constraint.

## The hook (cold open, ≤15 sec)
> "Four hosts. Four salaries over $15 million a year. One document saying they knew. Tonight, the hosts — in their own words."

*Receipts: Dominion exhibits for Carlson, Hannity, Ingraham; Watters' own segments + reported salary figures (Forbes, CNN reporting).*

| `NARRATOR` | **Sean Hannity:** "I did not believe it for one second" deposition + on-air segments platforming the same claims; the Seth Rich coverage arc. | 4:20–7:15 | — |
| `NARRATOR` | **Laura Ingraham:** internal texts on Sidney Powell ("a bit nuts") + on-air segments amplifying her. | 7:15–9:30 | — |
| `NARRATOR` | **Jesse Watters:** the ambush-segment format, the "Watters' World" arc to prime time, what the format choice reveals about the pipeline. | 9:30–12:00 | — |

## Production notes
- VST visuals: host-by-host quote cards, side-by-side private vs public same-day pairings, a single timeline strip across all four hosts.
- Tone discipline: this episode lands better with restraint. Let the hosts' own words do the work. No editorializing beyond what the receipts state.
